4. ORDER VALUE AND PAYMENT METHODS

- PKTECH SYSTEM provides the following payment methods: cash on delivery, International Payment card or Domestic Payment card.

- Except for some cases with separate notes, you can usually choose one of the above 3 payment methods when placing an order. However, to ensure your safety during the payment process, for orders with a value of 30 (thirty) million or more, PKTECH SYSTEM only accepts prepayment by International Payment card or Domestic Payment card.

5. PROMOTION PROGRAM

- With the desire to bring many benefits to customers, PKTECH SYSTEM and its member merchants regularly have special discount programs. However, to ensure fairness for customers who are the end consumers of PKTECH SYSTEM, we reserve the right to refuse orders that are not intended for personal use, purchase in large quantities or for the purpose of buying and reselling when you participate in promotional programs.

- Normally, the maximum number of products for each customer when participating in special promotions at PKTECH SYSTEM is two (02) products. The terms of the promotion will be updated on the promotion page at each time the program is run and may be changed without prior notice to customers.

- PKTECH SYSTEM has the right to refuse orders that do not satisfy the terms and conditions of participating in the promotion programs without notifying customers. Therefore, please carefully refer to the Terms of each program before participating.

6. DISCOUNT CODE

- Discount code is a form of discount that PKTECH SYSTEM offers to customers that can be worth a part or all of the order value.

- Each order can only apply 1 discount code, you will receive detailed information about the terms and conditions of using the discount code attached. To ensure fairness for customers who are the end consumers of PKTECH SYSTEM, we reserve the right to refuse orders that are not intended for personal use, purchase in large quantities or for the purpose of buying and reselling.

- PKTECH SYSTEM reserves the right to refuse orders using discount codes that do not satisfy the terms and conditions of using the discount code without prior notice. Discount codes in this case will not be reissued. In addition, PKTECH SYSTEM has the right to refuse to extend expired codes, codes that have not been fully used, or cases where the customer unilaterally stops processing orders.

7. DELIVERY AREA

- PKTECH SYSTEM delivers nationwide for products distributed by PKTECH SYSTEM itself, except for refrigeration products such as air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, freezers, etc. and some other products if the transportation process may affect product quality or customer health.

- For products distributed by member merchants, the delivery area may be limited according to the information updated on the product page. In some cases, where the delivery area is not updated in time at the time of your order, PKTECH SYSTEM will contact you to notify you in detail.

8. PRICES

- The product prices listed on PKTECH SYSTEM are the final selling prices including Value Added Tax (VAT). The product prices may change depending on the time and the accompanying promotions. Shipping fees or Order Fulfillment Fees will be applied additionally if any, and will be clearly displayed on the Payment page when you proceed to order.

- Although we make every effort to ensure that all information and prices displayed are accurate for each product, there may be some cases of errors or omissions. If we discover an error in the price of any product in your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be automatically cancelled on the system and a refund will be issued (if the order has been prepaid).

- Price difference: Member Merchants operating on the WEBSITE ADDRESS e-commerce trading floor can provide the same product with different pricing policies. You have the right to choose and compare prices between member merchants to get the most reasonable price for your order request. PKTECH SYSTEM does not intervene in the pricing policy of each member Merchant if a dispute arises.

9. PRODUCT INFORMATION

- PKTECH SYSTEM provides detailed information for each product we post, however, we cannot commit to providing complete, accurate, up-to-date, and error-free information for each product.

- In case the product you receive is not as described by PKTECH SYSTEM in the product information section, please inform the Customer Support department as soon as possible after receiving the goods and ensure that the product is in unused condition to receive support for return or exchange. 10. POLICY ON COUNTERFEIT, COUNTERFEIT, AND POOR QUALITY GOODS

11. TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS

- All intellectual property rights (registered or unregistered), information content and all designs, text, graphics, software, images, videos, music, sounds, software compilations, source codes and underlying software are our property. All content of the website is protected by Vietnamese copyright law and international conventions. Copyrights are reserved.

12. LEGAL RIGHTS

- The terms, conditions and contents of this website are governed by Vietnamese law and any dispute arising from the unauthorized use of this website shall be resolved by the competent Court in Vietnam.

Step 5: Customer receives the goods and makes payment

In addition, customers can look up transaction history when logging into their account at the PKTECH SYSTEM website

16. CHANGE, CANCEL TRANSACTION AT PKTECH SYSTEM

- In all cases, customers have the right to terminate the transaction if they have taken the following measures:

17. RESOLVE THE CONSEQUENCES OF ERRORS IN ENTERING COMMERCIAL INFORMATION AT PKTECH SYSTEM

- Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when participating in transactions at PKTECH SYSTEM. 19. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
